She wouldn&#039;t get genital herpes from a throat operation. Genital herpes is an std you get it from having oral sex or sexual intercourse with some one that has herpes, but there doesn&#039;t always have to be an out break to pass it on. It&#039;s more likely to be passed on when you have direct skin contact with an open sore or blister caused by herpes. It&#039;s not passed through just touching some one that has it or by getting surgery.]]></description>
